Chris Hemsworth is one of the biggest celebrities in the world. He plays Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and his net worth is estimated to be over $130 million, but did you know that the dude can rip on a surfboard?
Hemsworth, who is from Australia, has been surfing since he was kid, and it appears that stardom hasn’t prevented him from continuing to hone his skills.
He recently visited Surf Lakes, an artificial wave pool in Australia, and surfed alongside a dready-dude dressed up in a Thor-suit. It’s a little cheesy, but I got a kick out of it.
Thor Love & Thunder could have used a surfing scene to spice things up in hindsight. It wasn’t a bad movie necessarily, but dang was it snooze-fest compared to Thor Ragnarok.
Hemsworth posted a series of pictures and videos to his Instagram page of his time at Surf Lakes including a clip of him getting barreled by a particularly perfect looking wave.
